Option 1: In the app. Open Quicall, go to Me → Security & Privacy → Delete Account, enter the confirmation text as prompted and tap Delete. All your data on both client and server (profile, contacts, groups, messages) will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Option 2: By email if you cannot sign in. Email support@quicall.app with the phone number or email address you registered with. We will complete the deletion and confirm within 30 days.
Accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days are also deleted automatically together with all their data.
方式一：在应用内删除。打开 Quicall，进入「我」→「安全和隐私」→「删除帐号」，按页面提示输入确认信息，点击「删除」。账号删除后，您在客户端和服务器上的所有数据（个人资料、联系人、群组、消息）将被彻底清除，无法恢复。
方式二：无法登录时通过邮件申请。发送邮件至 support@quicall.app，注明注册时使用的手机号或邮箱，我们将在 30 天内完成删除并回复确认。
另外，账号连续 90 天未活跃时，Quicall 会自动删除该账号及其全部数据。
